Brewing Beer
Even though I have been brewing beer for many years I still follow this procedure. The secret to making good beer consistently is once you have made a good beer - do EXACTLY the same thing again, and again. To make sure that you do the EXACT same thing again and again you need to have the steps written down. Below is a link to the steps I use to produce a consistently good beer time after time.
